Magnifying Glass

Magnifying Glass (commonly referred to as The Evil Eye) is an entity that seeks destruction on the ant population. No images exist of Magnifying Glass, as most who see it do not return to the nest. Ant mythology typically depicts Magnifying Glass as a circular being. Whether this is a physical description or a figurative one has not been verified (see Circles in Ant Culture).

Many superstitions exist and are believed to prevent the appearance of Magnifying Glass. One such superstition is to never carry more than 50 times one's body weight as to not attract attention from it, and another is to avoid displaying circles around one's nest.
