I've been doing pretty good recently, so I'm setting this all up hopefully to act as a resource for myself and others when things start to get bad again. I'm including a lot of things I've learned over the years in and out of
therapy. I'm hoping that once seasonal depression hits this can be a place I can come back to and feel better.
depression is hitting me like a truck. i need to find something to do on this website so i can get through the workday and not want to explode. i just finished a big project and now that i'm settling from that i cant think of
anything i could work on right now. everything feels bad.
